Our Story
Founded in Kensington, built for clarity
Blue Peak Insight Ltd was incorporated in June 2026 under the Companies Act (Company No. 17254151) by Stephen Beer, after two decades watching good businesses stall for want of clear, actionable advice — and watching large consultancies deliver binders nobody opened twice.
We took a different route: a deliberately small firm where every engagement is led by a senior practitioner, every recommendation is anchored in evidence, and success is measured by the results left behind — not the hours billed.
From our office at Hornton Place in Kensington, we serve founders, boards and executive teams across retail, manufacturing, financial services and technology, in the United Kingdom and internationally.
